Cupcakes with butter cream
Ingredients:
Cupcakes
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Extra butter / 82% fat / TM Bilotserkivske- 200 g
- Milk - 160 g
- Sugar - 270 g
- Flour - 260 g
- Salt - 2 pinchs
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Cream
- Extra butter / 82.5% fat / TM Bilotserkivske - 100 g
- Condensed milk - 70 g
- White Chocolate - 150 g
Cooking:
Cream
For the cream all the ingredients should be a room temperature. Melt chocolate (you can do it in a water bath, in a microwave oven, or in an oven at 80 C). Beat the butter with a mixer to white color. Add condensed milk, beat it. Pour chocolate into butter mixture. Beat very well. Put in a refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Cupcakes
Beat softened butter with sugar, add one egg and add a pinch of salt. Add milk. Add flour with the razor parts, bearing them down. Put the dough in forms of 2/3 height. Bake in heated to 180 C oven for about 20 minutes. Let them cool down and decorate with cream.
