Tenderness Cake
Ingredients:
I layer
- Eggs (egg yolks) - 2 pcs.
- Cream Butter / 72.6% Fat / TM Bilotserkivske - 200 g
- Sugar - 125 g
- Flour - 300 g (as much as a dough will take)
II layer
- Eggs (egg yolks) - 2 pcs.
- Curd cheese / 5% fat / TM Bilotserkivske - 300 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Apples - 2 pcs.
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
III layer
- Eggs (egg white) - 4 pcs.
- Sugar - 120 g
Cooking:
I layer
Beat yolks with sugar. Grind the cold butter, add the flour and knead the elastic soft dough. Roll out it along the bottom and sides of the form.
II layer
Beat egg yolks with sugar, add cheese and vanilla sugar, put on a shortcrust. Remove peel and seeds from apple, cut into plates and lay out on cheese. Put in an oven heated to 170° C for 20-25 minutes.
III layer
Beat the egg white to fluffy and gradually add the sugar. Put the mass on top of the cake that has just been removed from the oven and send it back for another 15 minutes. Give it a little cool down in the oven.
