Сurd cheese-filled buns

Ingredients:
Dough
- Flour - 1 kg
- Dry yeast - 12 g
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- Cream Butter / 72.6% Fat/ TM Bilotserkivske - 200 g
- Sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 500 g
- Cinnamon - on the tip of a knife
- Egg - 1 piece / for cake lubrication/.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Filling
- Curd cheese / 5% fat / TM Bilotserkivske - 700 g
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Raisins - 50 g
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
Cooking:
Filling
Add curd cheese to sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins. Mix well and add eggs.
Dough
Sieve the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, sugar, salt, cinnamon (tip: cinnamon will give the dough a delicious aroma), stir and make a dip. Pour warm milk, melted butter and sunflower oil in it. Put the dough and let stand in a warm place for about 40 minutes. Cover dough with a towel to keep it tight.
Form buns form the ready-made dough spreading on oiled or flour-covered piepan. Beat the egg and apply on buns with a brush. Put in an oven heated to 170° C for 15-20 minutes. Cover with a towel and allow to cool down (then they will remain soft and fluffy).
