Halushky with cheese
Ingredients:
Dough
- Kefir - 0,5 l
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Soda - 1 teaspoon / level teaspoon/
- Flour - 700-800 g
Filling
- Curd cheese TM Bilotserkivske - 500 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Frozen spinach - 100 g
- Muscat - a small pinch
- Sugar - 40 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Sour and green / for serving /
Cooking:
Dough
Add egg, sugar and salt to warm yogurt. Mix. Mix the soda and the flour, knead the soft dough. Сover it. Leave it for a while.
Filling
Mix all the ingredients.
Divide the finished dough in two parts. Put the stuffing inside and crimp. Cook finished halushky in a steam bath for 5 minutes. If you freeze halushky - cook them for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with sour cream and herbs.
