Chicken croquettes with processed cheese and herbs
Ingredients:
Stuffing
- Chicken minced meat - 500 g
- Hard cheese - 60 g
- Mayonnaise - 1-1.5 tablespoons
- Salt, pepper
Filling
- Processed cheese Hollandskyi TM Bilotserkivske - 100 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Dill
- Coating
- Flour
- Bread crumbs
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Vegetable oil / for frying /
Cooking:
Add cheese (grated to fine grits) and mayonnaise to chicken minced meat. Season with pepper, salt and mix to a homogeneous mass.
Cook the filling: chop the dill and mix with grated processed cheese and grated garlic. Let it cool down.
Make croquettes from the prepared minced meat with filling inside. Cool in the refrigerator. Dredge the croquettes in turn: flour - battered egg - bread crumbs - battered egg - bread crumbs. Cool in freezer for 25-30 minutes. Fry in large quantities of oil on medium heat. Serve hot.
