Tomato and Processedcheese bruschetta
- Buckwheat Bread - 3 slices
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 1 cluster
- Basil - 6 g
- Processed cheese Hollandskyi / Druzhba TM Bilotserkivske - 50 g
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt
- Pepper
Make a cross-section at the top of the tomato (for comfortable skin peeling). Throw tomato in boiling water for one minute. It should be fully-submerged in boiling water. When you see that the skin begins to peel off a bit - transfer the tomato into cold water (with ice cubes). Cut tomato in half and remove the seeds, cut into small cubes. Finely chop the garlic clove and basil, slice the Processedcheese into cubes and add to the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Bake a baguette in preheated to 200°C oven for 3-4 minutes. It should be crispy on top and soft inside. Put the filling on hot bread. Decorate with fresh basil.
