Cheese soup with salmon and pine nuts
Ingredients:
- Water - 300 ml
- Salmon fillet - 100 g
- Onion / small / - 1 pc.
- Carrots - ½ pcs.
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Potatoes - 1 pc.
- Pine nuts - 1 tablespoon
- Processed cheese Hollandskyi TM Bilotserkivske- 1 pc.
- Olive oil / for frying /
- Salt and pepper
Cooking:
Fry finely chopped onion on the olive oil, add grated carrots and braise thoroughly. Add fried nuts and stir. Throw potatoes into boiling water, boil for 5 minutes and add processed cheese. Cook until half-ready. Add sauteed vegetables and diced fish. Season with salt and pepper. Boil for 5 minutes. Add the dill and give it a try.
