Cheese Cream Soup
Ingredients:
- Processed cheese Yantar Classic TM Bilotsekivske - 100 g
- Broth - 100 ml
- White semi-sweet wine - 30 ml
- Cream - 80 g
- Cocktail shrimp - 30 g
- Parmesan - 10 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt and pepper
Cooking:
Pour the wine and put a clove of garlic (cut into 2 pieces) in a saucepan. Put on fire and evaporate. Add broth. Add Garlic. It has done its part - flavour. Add cream and processed cheese. Add salt and pepper, bring it to a boil. Grind in the blender. Thiken with Parmesan. Decorate with roasted (or boiled) cocktail shrimps.
