Cheese French Soup

Ingredients:
- Water - 400 ml
- Chicken fillet - 100 g
- Processed cheese Yantar Classic TM Bilotserkivske - 50 g
- Potatoes - 1 pc.
- Carrots - ½ pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt, pepper, bay leaf
- Fresh greens
- For croutons: baguette, garlic, olive oil
Cooking:
Boil the water. Cut the chicken cube and throw into the water. Boil thoroughly for 20 minutes. Peel off the potatoes and cut into cubes, boil for 5-7 minutes. Peel off and grate the carrots on a grater, sauté on vegetable oil. Add to soup and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add spice. Add processed cheese, mix and turn off the fire. Let it draw a little. Meanwhile, you can cook croutons. To this end, mix grated garlic with olive oil. Slice the baguette into cubes, mix with garlic oil and bake at 190 C for 2-3 minutes in the oven.
When serving soup, decorate it with croutons and herbs.
